There's been moving and shaking at Cemix, Firth, Methven, Ravensdown and Mastercard.

Victoria Caseley (right) has joined Ravensdown’s fast growing Environmental Consultancy business as a Principal Planner to develop the farmer-owned cooperative’s consenting capability. Victoria been involved in resource management and District Plans for 20+ years and was formerly Waimakariri District Council’s Plan Implementation Manager.

Cameron Lee (below) was announced in November as the new General Manager at Firth. Cameron is in fact returning to Firth, having started out with Fletcher Building as a graduate in the Firth Masonry business in 2000 and went on to hold various area management roles and was the Head of Certified (North Island) before moving to Australia with Iplex as the Plumbing National Sales Manager. His most recent position was as National Sales and Marketing Manager at GBC Winstone.

Jannine Mountford has been announced as Methven’s Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. The former NZ Rugby CFO and Fletcher Building executive (where she was with the Roof Tile Group and Hynds Pipe Systems) replaces Methven’s long serving Deidre Campbell.

Andrew Porter (right) has moved to Cemix as National Sales & Marketing Manager. Says Cemix: “We welcome Andrew Porter as National Sales & Marketing Manager. With 20 years in the concrete, masonry and premix industry, Andrew brings immense experience and knowledge to what is an exciting and challenging role”.

Ruth Riviere is Mastercard’s new Country Manager for New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Having held various roles at Mastercard since 2012, Ruth’s most recent role was Director of Social Impact at the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth, where she designed and directed the Center’s global philanthropic programme work to support sustainable economic growth and financial inclusion.
